After a successful audit that confirms your organization meets the criteria outlined in the chosen standard, SandBP-MS awards Management System Certification. This certification is upheld through regular annual audits by SandBP-MS, with a more in-depth recertification audit conducted every three years.

We'll walk you through each step, from the initial assessment to ongoing audits and renewal procedures.

SandBP-MS offers a streamlined certification process designed to guide you efficiently. Here's a quick overview of the key stages:

Certification Application

The organization completes and submits the application form provided by SandBP-MS. The application form captures details such as the organization's name, address, contact information, scope of certification, and relevant details about the management system.

Year 1 (Initial Certification)

• Audit Plan: Collaborate with SandBP-MS to create a customized audit plan aligned with your chosen ISO standard.

• Stage 1 Audit: Our team conducts a preliminary review of your documentation to ensure readiness for the full audit.

• Stage 2 Audit: Qualified auditors thoroughly assess your management system's effectiveness against the chosen ISO standard.

• Initial Certification: Upon successful completion, you receive your official SandBP-MS certification.

Years 2 & 3: 1st & 2nd Surveillance Audits

• Surveillance Audits (Yearly): Scheduled audits to verify your continued adherence to the ISO standard and identify any areas for improvement.

Recertification Audit:

• Audit Plan & Audit: A comprehensive review to confirm your management system remains effective, leading to continued certification.

Certification Lifecycle:

• Granting Certification: Awarded upon successful completion of the initial certification process.

• Refusing Certification: May occur if non-conformities identified during audits are not adequately addressed.

• Maintaining Certification: Ongoing commitment to improvement through regular audits and addressing non-conformities.

• Renewing Certification: Following successful recertification audits, your certification is renewed for an additional cycle.

• Expanding Certification: Add additional ISO standards to your existing certification scope through a defined process.

• Reducing Certification: Remove specific ISO standards from your existing certification scope if applicable.

• Suspending Certification: In case of severe non-compliance, certification privileges may be temporarily suspended.

• Restoring Certification: You can regain certification after corrective actions are implemented and verified.

• Withdrawing Certification: Certification may be withdrawn for persistent non-compliance.
