The I.C.C.C values of SandBP-MS underpin this Code of Ethics:

  • Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any potential conflicts to management.
  • Conduct audits and assessments objectively, following established procedures and adhering to ISO 17021 requirements.
  • Continuously develop and maintain their competence through ongoing training in relevant ISO standards and auditing practices.
  • Report any observed violations of this Code of Ethics to management.
  • Adhere to the principles outlined in this Code of Ethics.
  • Maintain professional independence and avoid conflicts of interest.
  • Conduct audits with objectivity and impartiality, using a risk-based approach.
  • Report all relevant findings accurately and objectively in the audit report.
  • Behave professionally and respectfully towards auditee organizations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client information obtained during audits.
  • Disclose any potential conflicts of interest to SandBP-MS management
  • Cooperate fully with SandBP-MS auditors during the certification process.
  • Provide auditors with complete and accurate information regarding their management systems.
  • Designate a qualified representative to liaise with SandBP-MS and auditors.
  • Ensure the availability of relevant documentation and records for audit review.
  • Address any non-conformities identified during the audit promptly and effectively.
  • Refrain from offering gifts, hospitality, or any form of inducement to auditors.
  • Report any observed violations of this Code of Ethics to SandBP-MS management.
  • SandBP-MS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all client information entrusted to us.
  • We have implemented a comprehensive Data Privacy Policy and Information Security Policy that outlines our practices for collecting, storing, and using client data.
  • We also have a strict Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy that prohibits all forms of bribery and corruption.
  • All SandBP-MS personnel, auditors, and auditee organizations are required to be familiar with and comply with these policies.

SandBP-MS takes violations of this Code of Ethics seriously. Violations may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment for SandBP-MS personnel, suspension or removal of auditor accreditation, and termination of certification for auditee organizations.

SandBP-MS personnel, auditors, and auditee organizations are encouraged to report any suspected violations of this Code of Ethics to management. All reports will be investigated confidentially and addressed appropriately.

SandBP-MS is committed to continuously improving the effectiveness of this Code of Ethics. The code will be reviewed periodically and updated as needed.

By adhering to this Code of Ethics, SandBP-MS personnel, auditors, and auditee organizations all contribute to maintaining the integrity and credibility of the ISO certification process. This, in turn, fosters trust in organizations that demonstrate their commitment to international best practices.
